Project summary:
GroupGSA were appointed for an “uplift” interior design and landscape design project for the client’s Zeit River Thu Thiem peninsula development. A site on what will be one Ho Chi Minh City’s premium residential areas catering for young professionals, and targeting both the local and expatriate market.

Concept summary:
Working with a building near completion and in the client’s view an “underwhelming” interior design of the public spaces, GroupGSA were tasked with providing the existing fit-out with the necessary enhancements to raise the interior design and style, to a level that matches the premium cost of the apartments.

To give the interiors some context, subtle inspiration for the 2 towers was drawn from the location in which they sit; Tower 1 being located nearer the Saigon River, and Tower 2 being located nearer the marshy, green, and more wild spaces of the peninsula. These subtle references can be seen in the colour palette and accents of each towers’ decorative installations, fabric choices, and suspended lighting sculptures of the reception lobbies.
