Project summary:
Situated in a premium neighbourhood of Hanoi’s most sought-after and first integrated new town development, this elaborate villa will include; a spacious ground floor that opens out onto landscaped terraces, 3 lavish bedrooms, a wine lounge with a bar, a spa and wellness suite, and a rooftop garden with views across the city.

Concept summary:
With the client’s fondness for the neo-classical style and Italian furniture, the interior design of the open-plan ground floor features a blend of classic proportions with modern detailing, furnishings and features. These ground floor areas are arranged to be used individually, for the more intimate family moments, or as one, for large family gatherings and social events. These interior spaces link seamlessly onto the landscaped terraces with the rear terrace including a seating pit, fireplace, and koi pond.

As part of the entertainment elements of the home, the basement floor features a Wine Lounge equipped with tasting table and a dining area with cinema / karaoke system. Also on the basement floor is the Spa Suite, equipped with treatment beds, manicure, pedicure and styling stations. The interior design of these hidden gems is altogether more contemporary, lighter in look and feel with a reduced materials palette.

Linking to the spa experience via the lift is the 4th floor Wellness Suite that is equipment with gym, sauna and steam room with a small changing space behind elaborately designed sliding doors.

The 2nd floor Master Suite, which consists of large his-and-hers dressing rooms to the north and south of the bedroom, with ‘hers’ linking to the bathroom, continues the client’s affection for classical design.

The children’s bedrooms on the 3rd floor are unique to their personal tastes and needs, as can be seen by their arrangement, FF+E and colour palette. That said, the essence of the custom joinery detailing throughout the house is evident.

To top-off this lavish home, the 4th floor Roof Garden provides both a retreat and outside space for family time or social events. The flowing, landscaped terraces are punctuated with soft seating and a covered dining area with BBQ kitchenette.
