Project summary:
Overlooking a prime location of Hai Phong’s Cam River, this luxury villa will include, a large double-height open plan living space, 4 generous bedrooms, a wine cellar, entertainment room with a bar and a home cinema.

Concept summary:
A contemporary interior design filled with luxury brands such a Poltrona Frau, Baxter and Draenert greets you upon entering the villa’s bevelled green-lacquered and brass-edged doors.

The open plan ground floor that gives onto a covered terrace with river view provides the family with both a huge space for themselves and a wonderful place for social gatherings. Above the lounge, linking the 1st floor family room and terrace is a walkway lined one side with a full height library.

The bedrooms are generous, and feature either a half-height bedhead-wall or fully enclosed with twin sliding pocket doors. All rooms have their own walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, and the master suite also has a small gym.

In addition to all this luxury is an entertainment room with a bar, and a home cinema with karaoke system. The latter, features a fibre optic ceiling installation that will display the star sign constellation of each family member.
